- les courtiers, représentants et autres personnes inscrites;

Cette séance de consultation se tiendra le mercredi 20 mars 2013 entre 9h 30 et 11 h 30 au 800, rue du Square Victoria (Tour de la Bourse), Montréal, 11 e étage, dans les locaux de l’IATA.

Notice of Consultation – Offering Memorandum Exemption and Equity Crowdfunding

Whom is this consultation intended for?

All interested parties, namely: – members of management of companies seeking financing, particularly early stage businesses and other small and medium-sized enterprises; – individual and institutional investors; – dealers, representatives and other registered persons; and – lawyers, accountants and other professionals offering services to issuers.

This consultation will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Tour de la Bourse, 800 Victoria Square, Montréal, on the 11th floor, in the IATA offices.

You must register before March 15, 2013.
